WHAT WE DO
Assess the Damage
Our first step is helping you assess the damage. Unless you are a general contractor, you may not fully understand all of the items needed to repair visible damage.
Design the Scope
Determine what all is required to make the property whole again. As damage can often go beyond what is visible, this is crucial in the repair.
Review with Insurance
Your insurance company will send their own adjuster to assess the damage. Since their adjuster represents the insurance company and not you, we compare to ensure all repairs are included.
Negotiate on your behalf
When the two assessments are not matching, we negotiate with your insurance company to help them understand the value in a complete repair.
Submit the Claim
Once we have reached an agreement and with your approval, we submit the final claim to your insurance company.

Now is when your contractors can get started with the repairs and put your property in the condition it was in prior to the peril!
